Overview
Daakshyaani executes ground-mounted solar power plants from 1 MWp upwards for industrial captive use and independent power generation across AP and Telangana. Our scope covers land survey and soil investigation, civil foundation works, mounting structure supply and erection, module installation, string inverter or central inverter electrical systems, HT evacuation infrastructure, and DISCOM interconnection. We also offer single-axis tracker systems for maximum energy yield on suitable sites.

Single-axis trackers improve energy yield by keeping modules closer to perpendicular with the sun through the day, but how much they help depends on site-specific factors — latitude, direct-vs-diffuse irradiance (GHI/DNI split), land availability for row spacing without self-shading, and terrain. That's why tracker suitability is assessed per site rather than assumed as a fixed uplift for every project.
A ground-mounted plant's evacuation voltage — typically 11kV or 33kV — is chosen based on plant capacity and the distance to the nearest DISCOM interconnection point; larger capacities or longer evacuation runs generally favour 33kV to limit line losses, while smaller or closer-in plants can evacuate at 11kV. This decision shapes the substation and protection design well before construction begins.
A captive plant consuming its own generation on-site is a different regulatory case from an independent power producer (IPP) plant selling into the grid or to a third party via open access or group captive structuring. Utility-scale and IPP-oriented ground-mount projects often need to plan for open access or captive-status approvals in parallel with the standard DISCOM interconnection process, not as an afterthought.
