Sri Daakshyaani Energy Solutions is a licensed electrical EPC contractor operating across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, serving 300+ clients across power generation, oil & gas, FMCG, and heavy industry.
We deliver three core services: Engineering EPC (substations, transmission lines, LT panel boards), Regulatory Approvals (CEIG, net metering, captive, open access, ISTS), and Renewables (solar rooftop, ground-mounted, BESS). All under one roof, backed by 30+ years of consistent delivery.

Our Journey
Founded
Established in Vijayawada by Mr. M. Madhusudhana Rao as a supplier of electrical materials to APSEB — switchgear, AB switches, insulators, and allied electrical items. The start of a decades-long relationship with AP's power infrastructure.
Rural Electrification Works
Executed rural electrification contracts across Nizamabad and multiple AP districts, expanding reliable power access to underserved communities and building field execution capability across diverse terrain.
11 kV Consumer Substations
Began erecting 11 kV consumer substations under CEIG norms — establishing a strong HT contracting foundation that became the cornerstone of the EPC practice for decades.
Regulatory Liaisoning & Consulting
Launched a dedicated regulatory consulting practice across APEPDCL and APSPDCL, helping industrial consumers navigate DISCOM interfaces, approval processes, and power compliance requirements.
Transformer Supply
Commenced supply of distribution and power transformers to industries and consumers, strengthening the company as a single-window solution for electrical infrastructure procurement and contracting.
Industrial EPC & 33 kV Substations
Executed full EPC contracts for spinning mills and commenced 33 kV substation installations for industrial clients — significantly broadening the HT portfolio and client base.
ABT Meter Installations
Entered the ABT metering space with end-to-end meter installation services for industrial consumers, positioning the company at the intersection of metering compliance and open access procurement.
Open Access Practice Launched
Formally launched an Open Access advisory practice under APERC & TGERC framework (Ms. No. 10, 28-02-2014), enabling industrial consumers to reduce energy costs through open access procurement routes.
Incorporated as Pvt. Ltd.
Formally incorporated as Sri Daakshyaani Energy Solutions Private Limited — consolidating three decades of contracting, consulting, and metering expertise under a single structured entity.
'A' Grade License Renewed & Solar EPC
'A' Grade license renewed, reaffirming eligibility for full HT and EHV contracting. Telangana operations scaled and the first solar EPC project commissioned — entry into the renewable energy sector.
